My IGN: FernAvoid
Platform: Server
Punished by: Joostagram
Reason: Malicious hacks
Date of punishment: 8/9/2019
Why you should be unbanned/unmuted:
First of all, the encounter went like this:
Joostagram (to someone else): Are you hacking
Me (as a joke): I am hacking
Joostagram (to me): You're hacking?
Me (obviously sarcastic): Yeah fr fr
After this I got banned for malicious hacks. First of all, admitting to hacks isn't punishable, staff members need to get evidence of hacking before they can ban someone. To which you might say that it's not concidered admitting but it falls under the category of faking hacks. With this logic, an actual hacker that admits he's hacking can't be banned but a non-hacker that says they are hacking can be banned. I just think it's very unfair that I could be banned for 30 days because I said 2 messages in chat. I just think it's very unfair and I'd just like to be unbanned. Thx (also an idea, maybe have a rule where the person who issued the ban can't deny the appeal but rather have it so another staff member has to confirm or deny it)
Edit: I'm also sorry for what I did and I promise it won't happen again

Admitting to a staff member that you’re cheating is sufficient to warrant a punishment. You can appeal again in 1 week.

Denied, Locked.
